Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase(s). We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges
Returns of physical items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Exchange requests are also accepted and honored within the same 30-day period. Both return requests and exchange requests may be made within 45 days if item is purchased during the Dec 1 through Dec 31 holiday window.

No restocking fees will be charged. Customer will need to pay for return shipping.
Refund Processing

Order Processing (7-10 Days)
Physical books are processed via “print on demand” meaning there is no inventory or warehousing and books are produced upon order. Once an order is placed, the production process is initiated within the same 24 hour period. The production process can take up to 7 days. Once completed, orders are shipped out from United States via our print-on-demand fulfillment partner and the customer is provided with a tracking number if applicable. Total processing time is 7-10 days but may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once an order has been processed and shipped.
